Reach is seeking a Talent & Operations Lead to join in Lisbon in person (or NYC). You will build our talent acquisition engine from scratch, owning the full funnel from prospecting to offer, and you will also run the operational backbone that keeps the company running as we scale.

This is not a traditional People Ops role. You’ll wear many hats, help shape culture, and have the potential to lead a team as Reach grows. Equity along with comprehensive benefits are available.
