Job summary

Heritage Holdings in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our future by identifying, attracting, and closing exceptional leaders across engineering, product, security, data and infrastructure.

You will partner with founders and senior leadership to craft hiring strategy, lead end-to-end hiring, and drive strategic searches across multiple geographies in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience recruiting Executive profiles in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirements to closing.
• Adapt to and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from technical leaders to business partners.
• Deep understanding of recruiting strategies and market dynamics in competitive landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Fluent English both writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for strategically critical roles across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and align decisions with long-term objectives.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for high-impact roles.
• Drive hiring across multiple geographies and international talent markets.
• Deliver a high-quality, rigorous hiring process with a strong candidate experience.
