Job summary

Heritage is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Lisbon to lead end-to-end hiring for executive and leadership roles across engineering, product, and strategy. You will partner with founders and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, define success profiles, and ensure a rigorous, high-quality candidate experience.

You will source proactively, manage multi-geography searches, and maintain a strong talent bar while collaborating with a diverse international team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience recruiting Executive profiles in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle expertise from role definition to offer negotiation.
• Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including founders and senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication across global teams.
• Proven track record in building high-performing hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for strategically critical roles across engineering, product, security, data, and leadership.
• Partner with founders and senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies with referrals and direct outreach.
• Drive hiring across multiple geographies, navigating international talent markets.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience with a calibrated evaluation process.
