Taleo Consulting, a dynamic international management consulting group with offices across Europe, is seeking a Talent Manager in Lisbon to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for our consultants, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing talent management.

You will steer career paths, training and certification initiatives, and ensure alignment with global people strategies by collaborating with cross‑border teams, while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

• Eligible for IEFP Traineeship Programme.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire selection process (calls, interviews) and onboarding of new consultants.
• Oversee consultants' career paths, including training and certification.
• Provide clear communication and feedback to candidates and internal management.
• Ensure alignment between candidates and open positions.
• Assess training and coaching needs to improve effectiveness and design career plans.
• Coordinate with the Barcelona team on needs and actions.
• Support the people strategy and implement local HR action plans in line with global guidelines.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects.

What Will You Do?

• You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews…) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultants
• You will be in charge of the consultant’s career path (training & certification)
• You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal management
• Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
• Assess training and coaching needs in order to improve effectiveness and design career plans
• Coordinate and follow up the needs with the Barcelona team
• Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines, and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local HR action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up to
• Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects
