Job summary

TD SYNNEX Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will support recruitment across Portugal, Spain and other EMEA markets, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR teams.

The role is based in Lisbon with a hybrid working model, offering exposure to an international, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, familiarity with ATS (Workday), and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Workday.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meetings to offer stages.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate experience, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Work with HR and onboarding to ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes.
• Maintain recruitment data in the ATS (Workday) and provide regular updates.

About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term maternity cover, based in Lisbon. In this role, you will support recruitment activities across Portugal, Spain and other EMEA markets. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience and ensure the successful hiring of top talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake meetings through to offer stage.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.

• Work closely with HR, onboarding teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS (Workday) and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, including sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

Language requirements

• Fluent Portuguese
• Fluent English
• Spanish is highly desirable
