Exige-se licenciatura em Psicologia ou RH, mínimo 2 anos de experiência em RH e proficiência em francês e inglês. O candidato participará ativamente em processos, conduzirá entrevistas e fornecerá insights

Qualifications

• Diploma em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou área relacionada.
• Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em RH, principalmente recrutamento.
• Fluente em francês e inglês, falado e escrito.
• Adaptável, ágil e com boa gestão de prioridades.
• Habilidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduzir recrutamento end-to-end para posições com foco em francófonos.
• Preparar materiais de recrutamento e publicar vagas.
• Pesquisar e atrair candidatos, incluindo perfis franceses.
• Triar currículos e candidaturas; conduzir entrevistas e selecionar candidatos.
• Gerar relatórios de recrutamento e KPIs para stakeholders.

Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Hire to Retire services, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a particular focus on supporting French-speaking stakeholders and attracting talent for the business.

A day in the life of...

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
• Source and recruit candidates, including talent for French-speaking roles;
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to assess and shortlist candidates;
• Provide clear recruitment reports and KPI insights to relevant stakeholders;
• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

What will make you successful

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in recruitment
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
• Strong priority management, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with initiative, a strong focus on results and a good understanding of the business environment
