At Aubay Portugal, we are a leading tech company working with major organisations across sectors. We are seeking a Systems Administration/IT Operations professional with 2–3 years of experience to support decommissioning, track assets, and handle incidents and changes via ServiceNow.

You will coordinate across teams, prepare status updates for management, and contribute to a collaborative, ethical, client-focused culture. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT operations.
• Mandatory experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Incident and/or Change Management.
• Basic knowledge of VMware/VMs, Azure or AWS.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

What will you do?

• Support the coordination of infrastructure and application decommissioning activities;
• Work with application and infrastructure owners to track servers, applications, VMs and dependencies;
• Manage and follow up on Incidents and Changes through ServiceNow;
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders;
• Prepare status updates and reporting for management.

What are we looking for?

• 2–3 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT Operations or a similar role;
• Mandatory experience with ServiceNow;
• Experience with Incident and/or Change Management;

• Good communication and coordination skills;
