Adentis Portugal seeks an experienced IT Delivery Manager to govern delivery, quality, and documentation across IT services. You will implement QA templates, enforce best practices, and lead delivery across Agile teams in infra/ops/devops contexts.

The role requires 7+ years in IT delivery/PMO, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Availability to work at the office one to two days per week is preferred.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in IT delivery management / service delivery / PMO.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and technical teams (infra/devops).
• Proven experience implementing governance and quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL and change management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
