Adentis Portugal is seeking a proactive IT support professional to join our team in Lisbon. You will engage in automation tasks, assist clients, and collaborate with colleagues across the service lines to resolve incidents and improve operations.

You should have experience with Windows and Linux, basic networking, shell scripting, and familiarity with AWS or Azure. Strong English communication is essential in both written and spoken form.

• Basic networking knowledge (IPs, VPNs, firewalls, etc).
• Shell scripting capabilities.

You must have:

• Basic infrastructure network knowledge (IPs, VPC or Vnet, Firewall, VPN, Direct Connects, ExpressRoute…)
• Basic Knowledge of AWS or AZURE products and solutions;
• Shell scripting capabilities;
• Experience with Windows and Linux;
• Experience with first and second level support experience;
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
