For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Support Analyst, providing IT User Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Infrastructure management in a corporate environment
• Advanced proficiency in Windows OS environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of macOS, covering basic configuration and troubleshooting
• Good working knowledge of SCCM, with practical experience in MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell or similar tools, used for automation, configuration, and bulk management
• Deep understanding of PC hardware architectures, diagnostic tools, and core network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), plus experience supporting meeting rooms (Cisco and Microsoft Teams Rooms)
• Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and SLA-driven service delivery
• Pragmatic problem-solver with strong communication skills and the composure to stay structured under pressure
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (B2); French is a strong plus
• Availability for hybrid work (2x/week), based in Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
