WE ARE META in Portugal is seeking a Senior Support Analyst (Salesforce) to join our hybrid team in Lisbon or Porto. You will support Rhinos on Salesforce-related tasks, coordinate data modeling efforts, and work with Confluence for project tracking.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in support roles, strong SQL/SOQL and data modeling skills, and fluency in English (B2). This role combines technical depth with business insight across IT and operations.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Support
• Hands on experience with SQL/SOQL, data modeling, and project management methodologies.
• Experience recording actions and updates in relevant tracking tools such as Salesforce and Confluence.
• Functional knowledge of Asset Management, product manufacturing processes, and investment fund distribution
• Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in Support

Important:

This position is hybrid, 2 days a week in Lisbon or Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, to be considered.
