Emma is seeking a Supply & Procurement Intern in Lisbon to support negotiations with partners, identify cost savings, and help source new suppliers. You will build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, gain exposure to supplier markets, and contribute to product lifecycle decisions in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s/master’s in Business or Engineering, a 6‑month commitment, and strong Excel/Office skills.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business or Engineering or related field.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Analytical, well organized and capable of independent work.
• Good communicator in English and comfortable with cross‑functional teams.
• Ideally some practical experience in procurement, planning or supply chain.

What you'll do :

• You will collaborate with buying managers and internal/external teams, supporting negotiations with business partners.

• You will design, build, and maintain decision‑support dashboards in Power BI and Tableau and similar tools.
• You will leverage AI to automate process and tasks.

Who we are looking for :

• You are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• You are looking for an internship and are available for at least 6 months.
• You enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are analytical, well organized, independent, and driven to challenge the status quo, your vendors, and stakeholders. You are ambitious, solution oriented, able to propose unique and creative solutions.
• You can communicate well in English and enjoy collaborating with different teams in a multicultural environment.
• You are digitally savvy and master MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management.
