Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an E-commerce Website Operations Intern in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will manage content for Emma's online store, set up promotions, publish products, and work on regional projects to improve site performance. The role offers a monthly stipend and benefits, with opportunities to learn in a driven, international team.

Qualificações

• You have preferably worked on the management of a website/online store (Shopify, WordPress, ContentStack, Magento).
• You have preferably worked on product management, stakeholder management, website analysis.
• You are a fast learner with a user-centric mindset. You can troubleshoot and find solutions to problems.
• You have an analytical and curious mind.
• You are fluent in English. Additional languages are always a plus.

Responsabilidades

• You will be in charge of adding, changing and improving the content of Emma's online store.
• You will set up weekly and monthly promotions on the online store.
• You will publish new products and edit current portfolio.
• You will work in different regional projects (AB tests, website analysis, global or regional UX optimizations, new landing pages).
• You will have the overall objective of improving the performance of the website.
