Job summary

A Emma, a Sleep Company, procura um(a) Retail Growth Intern para apoiar gestores de lançamento na abertura e configuração operativa de lojas Emma Owned & Operated na Europa. O estágio oferece oportunidade prática em gestão de projetos, marketing e logística, em ambiente internacional.

Procuramos candidatos com formação em negócios/marketing, forte organização e capacidades de gestão de projetos, com interesse em retalho, logística ou marketing e disponibilidade de 6 meses ou mais.

Qualifications

• Actualmente estás a estudar ou concluíste recentemente uma licenciatura em Negócios, Marketing, Operações ou área relacionada.
• Fortes habilidades organizacionais e atenção aos detalhes.
• Experiência em gestão de projetos e capacidade de multitarefa.
• Boas competências de comunicação e colaboração com equipas diversas.
• Interesse em retalho, logística ou marketing numa indústria de rápido crescimento.
• Disponibilidade de 6 meses ou mais.

Responsibilities

• Apoiar a equipa de Expansão de lojas O&O na abertura de lojas em quatro mercados (Portugal, Espanha, Alemanha e França).
• Gerir o fluxo operativo pós-negociação end-to-end, coordenando marcos entre equipas internas e parceiros externos.
• Ser o elo de coordenação entre Marketing, CX, Operações e Desenvolvimento de Negócios durante a execução da abertura de lojas.
• Acompanhar as ações pós-negociação para manter os prazos de inauguração.
• Contribuir para o crescimento de lojas O&O da Emma, incluindo o lançamento de um novo mercado: França.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma Owned & Operated stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in project management, marketing, andlogisticsin a fast-paced, international environment.

What you'll do :

• You will support the O&O Store Expansion team across various store openings in four markets: Portugal, Spain, Germany, and France.
• You will own the post-negotiation operational workstream end-to-end, tracking and coordinating all pre-opening milestones across internal teams and external partners.
• You will act as the central point of coordination across Marketing, CX, Operations, and Business Development during the store opening execution phase.
• You will monitor and follow up on all post-negotiation actions to keep opening timelines on track.
• You will play a meaningful role in Emma’s O&O store growth, including the launch of a brand-new market: France.

Who we are looking for :

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• You are equipped with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You are proficient in project management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.
• You are skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions, enabling effective collaboration with external and internal teams across diverse locations.
• You are interested in retail,logistics, or marketing within a fast-growing industry.Previousexperience in the retail sector is a plus.
• Given the scale of the project, we are looking for someone that is available for 6 months ormore .
