Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a motivated student or graduate to support the Global Process Excellence team on strategic projects, process improvements, and digital tooling.

You will own defined topics, conduct analyses, build business cases, and work with multiple teams to turn insights into practical recommendations. The role offers a competitive 1250€ monthly package, health insurance, and international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global Process Excellence on strategic projects and process improvements across operations.
• Take ownership of defined project topics, supporting analysis, research, business cases and implementation while driving tasks independently.
• Help improve how we work by simplifying processes, documentation and tools, including exploring digital and AI solutions.
