Emma – The Sleep Company invites ambitious students to join its Strategic procurement team for a global internship. You will work with buying managers and cross-functional teams to influence supplier negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, and new product implementations.

Expect exposure to global supplier networks and dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau. You will support risk assessments and vendor development while leveraging AI to automate tasks, in a fast-paced, multicultural

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• Seeking an internship for at least 6 months.
• Fast-paced environment experience desirable.
• Analytical, organized, independent and proactive in challenging vendors and stakeholders.
• English communication and collaboration in multicultural teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in procurement, planning or supply chain is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with buying managers and internal/external teams, supporting negotiations with business partners.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving actions and new product implementations.
• Search for new suppliers in various regions and improve internal processes.
• Develop expertise in suppliers, cost drivers, and sourcing markets to ensure competitive pricing.
• Support supply chain risk assessments and vendor development.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
• Leverage AI to automate processes and tasks.
