Globeducate and Nobel Algarve British International School are seeking a proactive Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer in the Algarve, Portugal. You will build relationships with prospective families, guide them through admissions and coordinate visits and events to showcase the school’s values and educational offering.

This role focuses on attracting families, supporting enrolments, and strengthening the school’s presence in the local community, with collaboration across the Globeducate

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales, customer-facing or service delivery environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with families from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with a CRM or information management system is desirable.
• Proactive, flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
• University degree or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective families from initial contact to enrolment.
• Manage enquiries and guide families through the admissions journey.
• Coordinate school visits, open days and events.
• Support lead generation and promote the school's brand, values and offering.
• Develop relationships with relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools and partners.
• Collaborate with leadership and the Globeducate network.
• Contribute to creating a positive experience for families throughout their journey.
