Nobel Algarve British International School, part of Globeducate, is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer to strengthen admissions and recruitment activities while promoting the school’s values and educational offering within the local community.

You will work closely with school leadership and the marketing team to attract prospective families, support the enrolment journey and contribute to the school’s continued growth and success.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of sales, customer-facing or service delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM or information management systems desirable.
• University degree or equivalent desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective families from inquiry to enrolment.
• Manage CRM data and KPIs to improve conversion and growth.
• Coordinate school visits, Open Days, and events to engage families.
• Support lead generation with Marketing to raise brand awareness.
• Develop external partnerships with relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools, employers.
• Support community outreach, PR and events increasing school visibility.
• Collaborate with Globeducate network and school leadership.
• Create a positive, engaging journey for families throughout enrolment.
