Nobel Algarve British International School, part of Globeducate, is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer to drive admissions and promote the school’s values within the Algarve community. You will build relationships with prospective families, manage enquiries, coordinate events, and collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand awareness.

The role involves CRM data handling, lead generation, and engagement with relocation agents, embassies, and external partners

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales, customer-facing or service delivery environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with prospective families.
• Previous experience working with a CRM and/or information management system is desirable.
• Results-driven and resilient, with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• University degree or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, managing enquiries and guiding them throughout the admissions journey from initial contact through to enrolment.
• Maintain regular communication and proactive follow-up with prospective families, managing CRM data and monitoring key KPIs to support conversion and identify opportunities for improved conversion and future growth.
• Coordinate and support school visits, Open Days and other school events, creating engaging experiences
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to support lead generation, promote the school’s brand, values and educational offering, and strengthen awareness among prospective families and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools, employers, business associations and other external partners to generate new opportunities and strengthen the school’s network.
• Support community outreach, external communications, PR and events that increase awareness of the school.
• Work collaboratively with school leadership and colleagues across the Globeducate network.
• Contribute to creating a positive and engaging experience for families throughout their journey with the school.
