iLoF is seeking a Business/Ops Associate to support strategic projects and optimize processes. You will work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, AI-native healthtech environment, shaping finance, BD, and reporting workflows.

The role emphasizes building automation, data-driven decision-making, and preparation for fundraising, with exposure to investor materials and strategic planning. English fluency required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years in consulting or business analysis; startup experience valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data analysis tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Support development and implementation of operational processes and systems.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets for insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with senior management.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership.
• Build and own internal automation and AI workflows (Make/n8n, Notion, HubSpot).
• Assist fundraising prep with data rooms, financial models, and Q&A.
