iLoF is seeking a Business/Ops Associate to support strategic projects and optimize processes. You will work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, AI-native healthtech environment, shaping finance, BD, and reporting workflows.

The role emphasizes building automation, data-driven decision-making, and preparation for fundraising, with exposure to investor materials and strategic planning. English fluency required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years in consulting or business analysis; startup experience valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data analysis tools experience.

In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and optimize operational processes, directly contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making, including financial modelling and projections scenarios.
• Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and proposing data-driven solutions.
• AI Ownership: Build and own internal automation and AI agent workflows (Make/n8n, Notion, HubSpot, LLM-based tooling) to eliminate manual work across finance, BD, and reporting.
• Fundraising Preparation: Work closely with senior management to draft and prepare compelling presentations and materials for external stakeholders and investors, including data room preparation, financial model maintenance, investor Q&A, DD responses and board materials.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related role. Experience in startups is very advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business intelligence software, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and ease in working with AI and automation tools to drive delivery. Beginner-level programming skills in Python are preferred but not mandatory.
• AI-native and builder skills: Track-record of quickly building and putting into practice new processes and tools using AI software apps. Vibe coding experience is a strong plus
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Overachiever mindset: Willingness to go the extra mile whenever necessary, easily switching from board-level strategy to hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English is required; Fluency in Portuguese is preferred, but not mandatory.
