UltaHost is expanding its HR team and seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of senior and mid-level technical professionals across software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure.

You will partner with CTO and engineering leaders, own full-cycle hiring, and build a world-class candidate experience globally, focusing on delivering high-quality hires for fast-growing teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for senior software, DevOps, and infrastructure roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for senior and high-impact technical roles.
• Partner with CTO and engineering managers to define hiring strategies.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates with strong experience in tech stacks.
• Lead structured technical interviews and guide hiring managers on assessments.
• Build and maintain a high-quality senior talent pipeline through LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience aligned with UltaHost’s global employer brand.
• Mentor junior recruiters (if applicable) and contribute to process improvements.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and technical hiring trends.
