OutSystems is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment for technical and senior roles across multiple geographies, including Portugal, US, and EMEA. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to attract top talent and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, employer branding, market insights, and building diverse, high-caliber teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition with focus on recruiting technical talent across multiple geographies (Portugal, US, EMEA).
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple processes.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage end-to-end processes for a range of positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and culture to ensure best fit.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Promote employer brand through career events and recruitment activities.
• Stay informed on salary benchmarks and market conditions to advise managers.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse workforce.
