Axians Portugal seeks an IT Software Asset Management Officer to support software asset governance, licensing compliance, and contract-related activities in an international IT environment.

You will collect evidence, monitor license usage, prepare reports, and provide insights to management, using Power BI to drive optimization and governance excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT environments.
• Experience in Software Asset Management activities.
• Knowledge of software licensing, compliance monitoring, and asset optimization.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Expert level Portuguese and English; French knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure SAM governance, standards, and procedures are deployed and enforced.
• Collect and validate software usage, contracts, invoices, and maintenance records.
• Monitor compliance and optimization, including license transfers and procurement.
• Analyze contracts to extract licensing rules and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, maintain tracking, and provide insights to management.
