Axians | Digital Solutions - Tech Talent is seeking an IT Software Asset Management Officer to support software asset management and contract-related activities in an international IT environment. You will ensure software compliance, optimize usage, monitor license consumption, and maintain documentation with cross-‑functional, distributed teams.

Key activities include governance enforcement, evidence collection, and data-driven reporting using Power BI.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in IT environments with SAM activities.
• Knowledge of software licensing and compliance.
• Experience with license optimization and governance.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; French is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with multicultural and remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure SAM governance, standards, and procedures are deployed and enforced.
• Collect and validate software usage, purchase evidence (contracts, PO, invoices, maintenance).
• Monitor compliance and optimization, support license transfers, uninstallations, and procurement.
• Analyze contracts to extract licensing rules, metrics, and compliance needs.
• Prepare reports, maintain tracking docs, and provide insights and recommendations.
