Caixa Mágica Software seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to ensure software compliance and optimisation across the organisation. You will monitor licences, manage procurement insights, and collaborate with contracts teams to extract key data.

You will enforce governance, draft procedures, and report on usage versus purchases. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. This is a permanent role with remote-friendly teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in Software Asset Management
• Fluent in English
• Experience in multi-cultural remote teams

Responsabilidades

• Understand governance and deploy SAM rules
• Enforce SAM governance and procedures
• Draft procedures for awareness
• Collect evidence of software usage and purchases
• Handle contracts, amendments, POs and invoices
• Manage maintenance payments
• Follow action plans to ensure compliance or optimization
• Liaise with teams and raise alerts timely
• Update documentation and reporting on usage vs purchases
• Create software-level documentation per contract and purchase rules
• Summarize inventories and contribute to reporting
