Job summary

Bosch Aveiro is seeking a leader for the Purchasing team to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and project purchasing for electronics development projects. You will coordinate with R&D, Quality, Logistics, and manufacturing to ensure timely project milestones and cost targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of purchasing processes within a global matrix organization, with hybrid work options and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing or supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers/category professionals in a global, matrix organization.
• Act as Project Buyer for electronics development projects and manage supplier involvement from design to launch.
• Guide purchasing activities for the assigned component scope including RFQs, negotiations, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Global and Regional stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and consistent supplier communication.
