Bosch Group is seeking a Commercial Buyer to shape sourcing strategy in an international setting. You will develop category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead cross-functional projects to ensure resilient supply and value creation.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong data analysis, and the ability to negotiate effectively with global suppliers. English proficiency is essential; German is a plus. On-site work in Braga, Portugal is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in an international environment and managing supplier relationships.

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing category and sourcing strategies for assigned material groups.
• Analyzing market and supplier data to identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and cost optimization.
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements to achieve business objectives.
• Securing supplier capacities for new projects and ensuring readiness to support future business demand.
• Driving initiatives related to supply chain resilience, risk mitigation, and supply continuity.
• Supporting the resolution of material shortages and supply challenges in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading cross-functional projects involving purchasing, engineering, logistics, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Managing stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels and influencing strategic procurement decisions.
• Monitoring procurement market trends and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation.
