Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing or supplier management.
• Experience leading purchasing professionals and teams.
• Experience in project purchasing and/or New Product Introduction (NPI) is highly valued.
• Experience with international suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers in a global matrix organization.
• Act as Project Buyer for electronics development projects and manage supplier involvement from design to launch.
• Guide purchasing activities for assigned components and negotiate contracts and terms.
• Coordinate with Global and Regional teams to ensure clear ownership and consistent supplier communication.
