Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist in Procurement (Hybrid) to join our Global Procurement team in the EMEA region. You will identify opportunities to optimise supplier performance and reduce costs across a diverse range of commodities, while managing supplier relationships and ensuring best practices are followed.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement or related competitive environment.
• English proficiency required; multilingual preferred.
• Experience in customer experience/BPO industry preferred.
• Proven track record in supporting international sourcing across multiple countries within EMEA.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience within HR & Marketing is desirable.
• Must be able to travel to the local office when required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Benchmarking and pursuing supplier performance improvements and cost reductions.
• RFx Management: Develop and manage RFx processes, supplier evaluation, contracts, pricing, and procurements.
• Procurement Analysis: Conduct financial, functional, and opportunity assessments for decisions.
• Process Expertise: Apply Procure-to-Pay best practices across order, vendor, and contracting processes.
• Supplier Development & Management: Improve supplier processes while managing key relationships to deliver value.
• Business Collaboration: Promote procurement best practices across departments.
