Concentrix is seeking a Specialist in Procurement (Hybrid) to join our Global Procurement team in the EMEA region. You will identify opportunities to optimise supplier performance and reduce costs across a diverse range of commodities, while managing supplier relationships and ensuring best practices are followed.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement or related competitive environment.
• English proficiency required; multilingual preferred.
• Experience in customer experience/BPO industry preferred.
• Proven track record in supporting international sourcing across multiple countries within EMEA.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience within HR & Marketing is desirable.
• Must be able to travel to the local office when required.

Job Title: Specialist, Procurement (Hybrid) Job Description

The role is part of the Global Procurement team working within the EMEA geography. You will identify opportunities to optimise supplier performance and reduce costs across a diverse commodity base, driving value for the organisation. This role involves knowledge of the end-to-end procurement process, developing robust supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Conduct industry benchmarking and identify and pursue supplier performance optimisation and cost reduction opportunities across corporate-wide commodity categories.
• RFx Management: Develop and manage the RFx process for procurement projects, including supplier evaluation, contract term development, pricing, licensing, functionality assessments, and product/service acquisition.
• Procurement Analysis: Conduct detailed financial, functional, and opportunity assessments to support decision-making.
• Process Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of procurement best practices across the Procure-to-Pay process, including order management, vendor management, supplier contracting.
• Supplier Development & Management: Identify and implement supplier process improvement initiatives, while managing key supplier relationships to enhance value delivery and minimise product and service costs aligned with business objectives.
• Business Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to promote procurement best practices and methodologies throughout the organisation.

• Ability to interpret and negotiate basic to complex terms and conditions.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years’ experience in procurement or related highly competitive environment is a must.
• Proficient in English is a minimum requirement; multi-lingual preferred.
• Experience in customer experience/BPO industry preferred.
• Proven track record in supporting international sourcing projects across multiple countries within EMEA.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience within HR & Marketing is desirable.
• Must be able to travel to the local office when required.
