ALTEN in Portugal is seeking a procurement professional with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. You will manage end-to-end procurement activities for engineering and maintenance services for refinery operations, and lead negotiation processes for contracts and service agreements.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, develop supplier relationships, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive cost optimization across the full procurement cycle.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience with supplier evaluation and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, operations and maintenance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for engineering and maintenance services for refinery operations.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, and qualification to ensure high-quality providers.
• Lead negotiation processes for new contracts, renewals, and long-term service agreements.
• Oversee contract extensions, renegotiations, and performance follow-up for compliance.
