TSL is seeking a motivated Buyer to join our team in Portugal. You will source materials and services for construction projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement aligned with project needs.

The role requires 2-5 years in construction procurement, with a background in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering. Fluency in Portuguese and English, plus strong Excel skills, are essential.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of procurement experience in construction.
• Background in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in the Portuguese construction sector is desirable.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Source and procure materials and services for construction projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms for cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand procurement needs.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Assist Procurement Manager and team in daily activities.
• Prepare tender information into procurement work packages.
• Source and evaluate multiple tenders.
• Support procurement development plans and future strategies.
