Qualificações

Experiência em gestão de projetos é desejável.
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes departamentos.
Habilidade em identificar riscos e propor soluções.

Responsabilidades

Apoiar atividades de procurement alinhadas com prazos de projetos.
Conduzir análise de mercado para apoiar seleção de fornecedores.
Monitorar orçamentos de procurement dentro dos frameworks de projeto.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Support procurement activities to align with project timelines and deliverables.
Assist in planning and resource allocation to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Monitor milestones, track procurement deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders.
Identify risks related to procurement in projects and propose mitigation strategies.

Develop and Implement Strategies:

Contribute to the execution of procurement strategies for Opex and Capex.
Conduct market analysis to support supplier selection and contract negotiations.

Manage Budgets and Costs:

Monitor procurement budgets within project frameworks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accuracy.
Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Address supplier performance issues and escalate when necessary to meet project requirements.

Ensure Compliance:

Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, project guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records and assist in risk assessments related to procurement processes.

Collaborate Internally:

Partner with project teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
Provide procurement expertise to support the successful delivery of capital and operational projects.
