ALTEN in Portugal is seeking a procurement professional with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. You will manage end-to-end procurement activities for engineering and maintenance services for refinery operations, and lead negotiation processes for contracts and service agreements.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, develop supplier relationships, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive cost optimization across the full procurement cycle.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience with supplier evaluation and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, operations and maintenance teams.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for engineering and maintenance services for refinery operations.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, and qualification to ensure high‑quality and competitive service providers.
• Lead negotiation processes for new contracts, renewals, and long‑term service agreements.
• Oversee contract extensions, renegotiations, and performance follow‑up to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategy with operational and maintenance needs.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable service delivery and long‑term collaboration.
• Ensure procurement processes follow corporate policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute the full procurement cycle from request to negotiation, award, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.
