Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in procurement excellence or sourcing roles.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional and project-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English for international environments.

• Gather and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured process improvements and contribute to execution of changes.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, coordinate activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across Finance, Legal, Quality, Digital and Maintenance & Engineering to deploy new processes and tools.
• Support rollout and adoption of digital procurement tools and processes by coordinating stakeholder engagement, training, communication, user feedback collection, and post-implementation improvements.
• Create training materials to build internal capabilities.
• Contribute to process standardization and governance by maintaining documentation and ensuring sustainable adoption of procurement processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured process improvements and contribute to execution of agreed changes.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, coordinate activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects to support successful delivery of improvement initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across Finance, Legal, Quality, Digital and Maintenance & Engineering to deploy new processes and tools.
• Support rollout and adoption of digital procurement tools and processes by coordinating stakeholder engagement, training, communication, user feedback collection, and post-implementation improvement activities.
• Support creation of training materials to build internal capabilities.
• Contribute to process standardization and governance implementation by maintaining process documentation and ensuring sustainable adoption of procurement processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• A minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Supply Chain, preferably in a sourcing buyer role and/or as a procurement excellence specialist. Experience working in international, cross-functional, and project-based environments.
• Practical knowledge of core Procurement activities, including RFI/RFP processes and strategic sourcing principles.
• Proven hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to payment.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to technical details and documentation accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, structuring, and reporting)
• Strong PowerPoint skills (ability to communicate ideas through clear storytelling)
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Amazon QuickSight)
• Ability to work with data, identify trends and support data-driven decision making
• Practical understanding of digital platforms, SaaS tools, or workflow systems (no technical development expertise required)
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate on technical reviews without direct leadership responsibilities.
