Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Lisbon is seeking a Manager for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to lead end-to-end implementation projects, advise clients and guide configurations. You will manage workshops, design solutions, configure systems and coordinate data migration, testing, cutover and transition to AMS teams.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. The role demands a strong consulting mindset, deep SAP knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior

Qualificações

• Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, preferably in consulting.
• SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll certification required.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Portuguese & English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects.
• Conduct client workshops, design overall solutions, configure systems, and manage data migration.
• Coordinate testing, cutover activities and transition to AMS teams.
• Mentor and lead consultants while delivering high-quality client service.
