Hubclub Go is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Payroll Consultant to lead SAP R3/ECC6 Payroll configurations and support. You will translate legislative requirements into SAP solutions, design enhancements, and provide third-line support across payroll projects.

The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, collaborating with HR, IT, and stakeholders to deliver reliable payroll systems, and driving continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with SAP R3/ECC6 Payroll.
• Strong experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support.
• Previous involvement in payroll implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Experience managing payroll-related legislative and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting business stakeholders and translating requirements into system solutions.
• Background in incident resolution and application support environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll (SAP ECC6/R3).
• Strong payroll process expertise.
• Experience in SAP configuration and solution design.
• Ability to create functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with testing, including regression testing for payroll and legal updates.

You will join the HR & Talent Business Systems team, supporting and evolving a critical SAP Payroll environment used to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.

The role focuses on SAP R3/ECC6 Payroll and plays a key part in maintaining compliance with legislative requirements, supporting business transformations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable payroll solutions while ensuring system stability and performance.

Role:

As an SAP Functional Payroll Consultant, you will act as the subject matter expert for SAP Payroll, providing both functional and technical expertise across projects, enhancements, and support activities.
