Shakers is seeking a SAP Portuguese Payroll Consultant (PY-PT) for a freelance role with a global technology firm. You will support and optimize PY-PT solutions across SAP HCM On-Premise and Employee Central Payroll, participating in implementation and transformation projects.

The position offers hybrid or fully remote work with international teams. The role requires 3+ years of PY-PT experience, HCM On-Premise/ECP skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT).
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM On-Premise and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience in implementation, AMS/support, incident and ticket management, enhancements and payroll maintenance.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

SAP Portuguese Payroll Consultant (PY-PT)

Freelance role with a global technology firm, working on SAP Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT) solutions for its local and international client base.

The challenge

Portuguese payroll is one of the least forgiving areas of SAP HCM: legal reporting moves fast and every unresolved incident lands directly on someone's payslip. You will support and optimize PY-PT solutions across SAP HCM On-Premise and Employee Central Payroll, and take an active part in implementation and transformation projects.

• Support and optimize SAP Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT) solutions
• Take part in implementation and transformation projects
• Analyze and resolve payroll issues and support tickets
• Work alongside local and international teams
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT)
