SNI seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for an international client. Location options include hybrid ( Lisbon or Coimbra, 1 day per week) or remote, with a full-time contract of 6 months plus extension.

You will drive Time Management and EC modules, lead workshops, set up complex rules, ensure integrations with payroll, and manage testing and hypercare. English required; Portuguese a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Proven track record in SAP AMS and Project Services environments, cross-team decision-making, and technical mentorship.
• English is a must, Portuguese nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Drive full lifecycle implementations of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops with client HR/business stakeholders to gather leave, policy, and absence management requirements; translate these into scalable SF Time Off functional specifications.
• Configure Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Absence Types, Time Profiles, and Work Schedules.
• Set up complex Business Rules, workflows, permission roles (RBP), and approval processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between SF Time Off, EC, SF Time Tracking, and downstream Payroll systems (e.g., ECP or 3rd-party payroll).
• Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage cutover activities, data migration, and initial balance loads.
• Provide hypercare support, issue resolution, and system optimization post-implementation, alongside training/documentation for client administrators.
