Job summary

HAVI in Lisbon is seeking a Strategic IT Support Specialist to join our TechHUB team. You will deliver world-class, on-site technical assistance to end-users globally, including senior leaders, embodying the Smart Hands concept.

This role requires daily office presence in Lisbon with potential 1–2 remote days per week in the future, and demands strong IT operations, service-management know-how, and the ability to work across international virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT Operations.
• Experience in Service Management; ITIL certification is preferred but optional.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class on-site IT support to end users globally.
• Bridge end-user productivity and IT systems reliability as the 'Smart Hands' on-site contributor.
• Support senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Work on-site in Lisbon with potential future transition to some remote days as a team arrangement.
