Job summary

Convatec is seeking an Internal Audit Business Partner to manage a portfolio of audits and deliver independent assurance across core financial and operational processes. You will plan, perform, and report on audits, engage senior management, and collaborate with ERM, Internal Controls and Compliance teams to strengthen the control environment.

The role requires extensive audit experience, professional qualification, and fluent English. Hybrid work setup with travel across global locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with audit techniques such as process analysis, data analytics and root cause analysis.
• Qualified finance or business qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MIIA, MBA).
• Fluent English with strong communication and report writing skills.
• Track record leading value-adding risk assurance reviews across multiple processes or projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a portfolio of audits and support initiatives to strengthen controls across core financial and operational processes.
• Plan, perform and report on audit activities through the full lifecycle and follow up on audit actions.
• Supervise and review work when additional resources are assigned, performing complex testing.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management, Group Insurance, Internal Controls and Compliance teams for coordinated assurance.
• Engage senior management to shape the business control environment and add value to management teams.
