Convatec is seeking an Internal Audit Business Partner to join its global Internal Audit team in Lisbon. You will partner with the business to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of controls and governance, managing a portfolio of audits across core financial and operational processes.

Working in a hybrid office environment, you will engage with senior management, coordinate with risk, controls and compliance teams, and travel 10-30% to support audit assignments across regions as

Qualifikationen

• Significantly qualified by experience or recognised professional qualification
• Experience using process analysis, data analytics and root cause analysis
• Finance or business qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/MIIA/MBA)
• Strong communication, presentation and report writing skills
• Team player with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Experience in global shared services and medical tech sector

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee a portfolio of audits across Convatec’s core financial and operational processes
• Plan, perform and report on audit activities across the full lifecycle
• Supervise and review work of others on the assignment when additional resources are allocated
• Collaborate with ERM, Group Insurance, Internal Controls and Compliance teams
• Engage and challenge senior management to shape the business control environment
• Provide insights based on understanding of the business
• Contribute to the ongoing operations and continuous improvement of the department
