ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Portugal seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the local HR agenda, designing and implementing strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement to support growth and performance. You will work as a trusted partner to leadership on workforce planning and HR governance.

The role sits with the local management team, driving decisions, change initiatives, and compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders across the business.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner. Min 3 year’s.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor law, personnel administration and HR practices (Legal & Compliance Awareness).
• Experience in an operational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different management levels.
• High degree of independence, accountability and results orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the local HR agenda across business segment areas in alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Implement HR strategies that support organizational needs and future growth.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning and offboarding.
• Provide support to managers in people development, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations/conflict resolution.
• Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
