Factorial HR is hiring a People Enablement Partner to become the strategic HRBP for our Sales, CX, Channel, and Marketing teams across Europe. This senior role partners with VPs and Directors to design career paths for commercial roles and to handle essential employee relations with context and credibility.

You will translate people data into actionable insights, collaborate with other People teams, and drive retention in a high-growth environment. Fluent English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• 7+ years as an HRBP with GTM, Sales, or CX at a company with 500+ employees.
• Deep understanding of commercial team dynamics: quotas, commissions, ramp-up and sales pressure.
• Data-fluent: translate people data into actionable insights for a Sales VP.
• Credible with commercial leaders: speak revenue language and build trust beyond HR.
• Experience navigating multi-country environments across at least two European markets.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the embedded people partner for VPs and Directors across Sales, CX, Channel, and Marketing.
• Design career paths for commercial roles: SDR to AE to TL, CSM tracks, partner roles.
• Handle ER cases with speed and business context to make the right call - PIPs, conflict, attrition risk.
• Build engagement in a function where attrition is structural and costly - diagnose signals early and act with leaders.
• Track and interpret people metrics: attrition by team, time to ramp, engagement scores, and connect them to business outcomes.
• Navigate the people implications of multi-market expansion across Spain, DACH, Portugal, Italy, and France.
• Work transversally across the People team - partnering with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Engagement, and Talent Development.
