Hexa Group is seeking a Global IT Internal Control Specialist to strengthen IT compliance, risk management, and control design across a multi-geography framework. You will partner with process owners to test controls and drive remediation actions while balancing security requirements with business operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT audit/compliance, a solid IT/IS background, knowledge of ITGC and automated controls, and may hold CISA or CISM credentials.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in IT audit, compliance, or internal control.
• Solid foundation in information systems and technology.
• Hands-on audit testing and control gap identification.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate IT internal control testing across scoped systems and apps.
• Coordinate with process/app owners to evaluate control gaps and remediation impacts.
• Lead deficiency analyses and assist in actionable remediation plans.
• Organize follow-up meetings and steering committees for corrective actions.
