Hexa People is seeking a role that acts as the primary focal point between technical departments, business users, and external SaaS vendors to ensure that all software solutions operate smoothly and SLAs are met.

The position involves managing technical documentation, regression testing, and knowledge transfer to ensure service continuity, with emphasis on compliance, security, and budgeting across an international landscape.

Qualificações

• Solid expertise in ITIL processes, QA methodologies, and ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of application management, test management, and document management.
• Experience with DevOps environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end incident resolution and request workflows via ITSM platforms.
• Manage documentation, regression testing, and knowledge transfer for service continuity.
• Coordinate deployments with vendors, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Contribute to budgets, license maintenance, and vendor SLA negotiations.
