Roche Portugal seeks a Business Developer – Diagnostics for the South region to drive market expansion of Core Lab portfolios, combining commercial vision with technical expertise in a hybrid in-field role. You will identify new accounts, negotiate, and deliver demonstrations and trainings across laboratories in the region.

Fluent Portuguese and English are required, with a track record in profitable client acquisition and high-value contracts in the IVD diagnostic healthcare market.

Qualificações

• Proven commercial track record of profitable client acquisition and high-value contract negotiation in the IVD diagnostic healthcare market.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving growth targets.
• Knowledge of Core Lab products and digital solutions is a strong plus.
• Excellent solution-selling, presentation, and communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities, strategize, target and acquire key accounts to drive growth.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close complex deals to meet ambitious targets.
• Lead system evaluations, customer demonstrations, and comprehensive training sessions.
• Promote Roche Core Lab, digital and service solutions and prepare tender content.
