O candidato ideal possui formação em engenharia, conhecimento de redes IT, Windows/Linux, forte comunicação e disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais, incluindo formação técnica.

Qualificações

• Bacharel ou Mestrado em Engenharia (preferivelmente eletrônica, mecânica ou áreas relacionadas).
• Conhecimentos de infraestrutura de rede IT, firewalls e instalação de Windows e Linux.
• Experiência com dispositivos de laboratório; equipamento Roche é uma mais-valia.
• Bom nível de português e inglês falados e escritos.
• Carta de condução e residência na grande área de Lisboa.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar instalação, manutenção e reparo de equipamentos laboratoriais de alta tecnologia em clientes (laboratórios e hospitais).
• Realizar visitas a sites para resolução de problemas, treino e acompanhamentos.
• Documentar chamadas e atividades no Roche CRM System e identificar oportunidades de valor comercial.

In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-tech laboratory equipment at our customers in laboratories and hospitals, maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring that Roche Diagnostics systems meet the manufacturer’s specifications. You will be responsible for site visits for troubleshooting, training & follow-ups, ensuring immediate and proper scientific support. Beyond the technical scope, you will contribute to customer long-term loyalty by adopting a commercial mindset, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to add value while documenting calls and activities on the Roche CRM System.****Who you are****To be considered for this role, you should be able to confidently represent the company at client sites.
