Roche Diagnostics Portugal is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Lisbon/South region. You will install, service, and repair high-tech laboratory equipment at customer sites, perform training, and ensure Roche systems meet specifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (preferably electronics, mechanical or related).
• Good level of written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Driving license required.
• Place of residence in the greater Lisbon area.
• Availability for national travel (site visits) and international travel (training).

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain and repair high-tech laboratory equipment at customers' labs and hospitals.
• Perform site visits for troubleshooting, training and follow-ups.
• Document calls and activities in Roche CRM system.
• Contribute to customer loyalty by understanding business needs and adding value.
